I have always found it fascinating how within a sales team you have people who:
All three types, ‘have it’ just needs coaxing out of them. Easier said than done. Sales management is mentally exhausting, but very rewarding when it works. Concentrate on groups 2 & 3 and help them raise up to the group above. Sounds easy, but it is not.
It is easy to just look at the numbers and forget the human being behind those numbers. You have to understand that human being and what lies beneath the surface. Again, not easy, but more than doable. As long as both parties have the desire to make it work.
